In order for us to prepare to start your project, we ask for a small deposit once the contract is signed and progressive payments as we move along.

You provide the paint for the project, or we can buy the paint and add the costs on the final invoice. Just let us know in advance what colors you’re using.

YES! We strongly recommend power washing your home before painting. You don’t want to skip this part. For the best and lasting results, power washing is essential.

It all depends on the project. We will guide you through the required steps before we start your project.

No. Nobody needs to be at home for exterior work unless we need to have windows or doors unlocked to be painted. For interior painting, we’ll need access to the inside. Often times, clients leave the keys with us in order to perform the work while they’re out.

We take protection very seriously. We use drop cloths and painters plastic throughout the working areas to protect against dust and paint splatters.

Yes, we’ll label your leftover paint for future repaints.

The size of the crew depends on the scope of work. We will always have the right amount of painters to get the project done on time and with superior quality.

We do offer great discounts. Please request an estimate and we can gladly discuss it with you.

For wood siding it’s recommend you to paint every 3 to 7 years. And for stain, its recommend every 4 years. New types of materials require less frequent touch-ups. A good example is the cement fiberboard siding that should be painting only about once in 10-15 years. For unpainted brick the recommendation is cleaning, although you will need to paint the trim, of course.
